After the blast we were all confused. There was no one around to tell us the news, just the writing on the wall to tell us how to survive. It said, "You are all dead, I am alive. But you can make it through, here's your plan of attack: Bring me the skin of the fire-rat!"

We looked around the jailhouse & in the saloon, we listened to the voices of the people of the moon but we couldn't find a thing, times was running out fast, our numbers were dwindling, our supplies couldn't last, when I heard something hiss like a siamese cat: "Bring me the skin of the fire-rat!"

It wasn't very long before things got weird. Joey caught fire & Jimmy disappeared. The air was getting thin & we were starting to freak when over in the corner Johnny heard something squeak. I thought I smelled smoke so I took off my hat & I set it down over the fire-rat.

Here we still were & it was all very strange. We made it back to jail & found the writing had changed: "Leave the rat on the desk," read the black & white words. "Click your heels together & wait for the birds. I can't thank you enough for catching the rat! If you have to call me something, call me Horselover Fat."
