recorded live-in-studio, vocals & all, except for a few edits & one or two guitar overdubs. which is all the more amazing when you take into account that mostly just two people play on this collection of tracks. the one place where a third person sets foot in the mix is the intro to SILENCE HOWLING which features a bit of quantum percussion from Sheridan Riley (Avi Buffalo, Peg).

otherwise, you're just hearing 5-Track (guitarbass, sing) and Patrick Lenon (drums) being what they are and doing what they do.
